Safety Protocols & Social Distancing

In light of the once-in-a-lifetime pandemic, our primary concern is to keep the workplace safe for all of our team members. We have implemented social distancing and enhanced cleaning protocols in our office and warehouse. When possible, our staff is also working from home.

Order Processing & Shipping

Our fulfillment center is operating normally. To ensure the best purchase experience, all orders received are promptly processed and fulfilled as quickly as we can. Most of our orders are ready for shipment within 1-2 business days, and in some cases, ready the same day.

Shipping Company Delays

Due to the various lockdown / stay at home orders across the country, consumers are, more than ever, shopping for essential items from home. This has created an unprecedented demand in shipping volumes to which carriers such as USPS, FEDEX and UPS are struggling to keep up.

Even though your orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, please anticipate increased transit times. On some occasions you may not see a shipping label scan for 24-48 hours. This means that your completed order was unable to be picked up by the carrier due to full trucks and/or terminals.
