Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policies:
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Your order will be shipped using the method you choose during checkout, and the delivery methods clearly listed.

Damaged / Missing Items:
If upon receiving your order and shipping damage is discovered, you must contact customer service immediately. Before signing for the package, ask the carrier to notate "damaged in shipping". Take detailed photos of outer packaging and damage to the product. Once sufficient photos are received by customer service, we will provide you with a return label for the damaged products and re-ship a replacement.

All orders are returnable within 30 days of when you received the item. Items must be in new and unused condition. Wheels with tires previously mounted are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For return requests, please contact our customer service for more assistance.

International Shipping:
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping charge and transit time are quoted during checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes when the package arrives in their country.
