Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. We offer airport-to-airport shipping service for Alaska and Hawaii. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes upon arrival.

How do I know if Rocktrix wheels will fit my vehicle?
Every wheel listing includes bolt pattern, offset and bore size specifications. We also verify fitment on every order before it ships. If we spot a potential compatibility issue, our team will reach out before processing. For additional help, contact our US-based support team.
Do your wheels come with lug nuts?
Lug nuts are not included with our wheels. You can purchase compatible lug nuts separately through our website, or carefully verify that your existing lug nuts are compatible. Our US-based support team can help confirm compatibility if needed.
What is a beadlock wheel?
A beadlock wheel mechanically clamps the tire bead to the rim, preventing the tire from unseating during low-pressure off-road driving. They are popular for rock crawling, overlanding, and extreme off-road use.
Returns
What is the Rocktrix return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt on items in new and unused condition. Wheels with tires previously mounted are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact our customer service immediately. Before signing for the package, ask the carrier to note "damaged in shipping." Send detailed photos of the outer packaging and product damage to our team. We will provide a return label and ship a replacement.
Financing and payment
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer 0% financing for six months, available at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?

Programs
Do you have a wholesale program for shops?
