All prices are shown in US Dollars. When your card is charged we also charge in US Dollars. Your credit card company may charge you a different exchange rate than the prevailing rate. If your order gets refunded for any reason, the refund will also be made in US Dollars, and the amount you receive back will be subject to the rate on day of return. We shall not be held responsible for any difference caused by fluxuating exchange rates.

Damaged / Missing Items in Shipment
If upon receiving your order and shipping damage is discovered, you must contact customer service immediately. Before signing for the package, ask the carrier to notate "damaged in shipping". Take detailed photos of outer packaging and damage to product. Once sufficient photos are received by customer service, we will provide you with return label for the damaged products and re-ship a replacement.

Product Reviews
We welcome and encourage all customers to post product reviews, comments and/or photos of our products as long as the content posted is within our guidelines. We reserve the right to remove or edit content that we deem as questionable, which includes, but not limited to illegal, defamatory, infringing, political, or spam.

Our items are covered by a 1-year warranty, which covers potential defects in finish and structure of the product. All warranty requests are to be directed to our customer service department for evaluation. Warranty requests will be denied if any evidence of abuse/misuse is found on our products.
