Shipping policy

Shipping:
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Your order will be shipped using the method you choose during checkout, and the delivery methods clearly listed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:
Occasionally orders may be delayed by the shipping company for reasons outside of our control. The issues will normally resolve themselves within 1-2 days. If the items do not arrive, please contact us for further instructions. We are happy to process to process a replacement order and file a shipping claim.


Shipping Damage:
If you discover shipping damage, contact us immediately to report the problem. Before signing for the package, ask the carrier to note "Damaged in Shipping". 

Email us with detailed photos of outer packaging, inner packaging, and damage to the product. DO NOT discard boxes or packaging. Once we receive sufficient photos, we will process a replacement order and provide you a return label to return the damaged item(s).
